How to use every Sylenze workspace and tool in this prototype, written from the product design, for the people who actually click the buttons.
Sylenze is a library the school owns, of event films and photos. Protected pupils are blurred before anything is released. Use the persona menu to move between the school portal, the parent app and platform admin, then follow the guides in the other tabs.

Switch and openPrice everything schools upload. Oversee schools, parents and revenue. Edit all three public pages and follow the investor list. Reset demo data from Settings.
Switch and openSix roles sit on one person record. The same adult can be a teacher and a parent; those permissions never mix. Safeguarding and Commerce only appear in the school nav if your persona may manage them.
Full school control: upload, approve, publish, withdraw, delete, safeguarding, complimentary access and settings. Pricing is not theirs to set.
Adds and can approve/publish. Cannot withdraw, delete, manage safeguarding or grant free access. Those stay with the manager. Neither role prices content.
Previews class content to check it. That is a staff capability, not a parent purchase, and it does not grant family playback.
One person across every child and school. Discovers published class content, previews, buys once (or receives sponsored access), then watches.
Linked through family and classroom. Pupils may have no login; access is through the parent.
Runs the platform and sets the price of every item schools upload. Does not browse family libraries as a matter of course. Emergency viewing is logged.
