1. Staff enrol two or three clear face images per protected pupil.
2. Every upload is scanned and matched against those images.
3. Matches are blurred in the release copy. The blur cannot be reversed.
4. Staff review the safeguarded copy before publishing.

When a new face is enrolled, hold the affected events so nothing reaches parents until processing finishes again.
