Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 September 2026

These terms govern your use of sylenze.com, including the investor and staff portal. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Who we are

Sylenze is the control layer for sensitive digital media, and this site also runs a private portal for approved investors and Sylenze staff. Questions: info@sylenze.com.

The website

The public pages describe the direction of the product. They are not a binding offer until we agree that in writing.

Nothing on this site is an invitation to invest, financial advice, or a prospectus. Access to the investor data room does not create any right to shares or any other investment.

Accounts and Google sign-in

  • Staff accounts are for people with an @sylenze.com email.
  • Investor accounts are only for people we have approved. You must not share your login.
  • If you use “Sign in with Google”, you still need to be staff or an approved investor. Google sign-in does not by itself grant access.
  • We may suspend or withdraw access at any time, including if these terms are broken.
  • You must keep any temporary password secret and change it when asked.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • try to access another person’s account, files, or data room materials;
  • copy, scrape, or republish confidential investor or organisation materials;
  • download, record, unblur, or redistribute organisation media if you have product access;
  • use the site to break the law or to harm children.

Organisation product

If an organisation uses Sylenze, that organisation remains responsible for the recordings and for who is protected. Viewers receive a personal licence to stream purchased items, not a right to download or share them. We may withdraw content or an account where protection, copyright, or these terms require it.

Content and intellectual property

The Sylenze name, site design, and our materials belong to us. Investor documents stay confidential. You may not reuse them without our written permission.

Privacy

How we use personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. We are not liable for loss of profit, data, or indirect loss arising from use of the site, except where the law does not allow us to limit that responsibility (for example, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you a right to use another court.
